At Realty Source we offer some of the industry's most intensive training. For agents looking to make real estate a career, this training is for you. Our training program is a 25 hour course. Agents that complete our training are prepared and ready to succeed in today's tough market.

New agents that complete our training program are eligible for all of our 100% commission plans.

• Working with other agents
• Reviewing/Responding to offers

Training is available Monday through Saturday at our San Diego office location.

At the completion of the entire training, new agents will be able to complete an extremely complex purchase agreement as well as ALL of the C.A.R. required forms.
