At Realty Source, Inc., we believe in agent growth. For our agents we offer a one-of-a-kind branch office program. Branch Managers/Team Leaders will have the opportunity to earn 33% of each agents monthly fee while maintaining full support from the company. This is a opportunity to develop talented agents, build your team, and earn extra income without the hassle of high overhead, insurance, broker's license, association fees, etc.
Yearly Fee:
$1000 ($500 for the first year)
Requirements:
- Must be a full-time Realtor
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Must be a Realty Source agent in good standing
- Must have an Executive Suite or Commercial Address (Mini Branch Offices Also available, no office required). * Branch Managers/Team leaders with office space have the opportunity to earn larger residuals.
Branch Office – Referral Benefits Package:
Depending on the plan your referral chooses, you will receive the following residuals:
Plan 1: $33/month
Plan 2: $99/Closing
Plan 3: $165/Closing
This is not a pyramid scheme. The referral benefits are 1 level. The agent you recruit is free to refer other agents; however they will receive the benefits for the agent(s) they refer.
The branch manager is not responsible for Training, Support, Insurance, or Commission Payments.
All support questions and legal matters are handled by the Corporate Office of Realty Source, Inc. Branch Managers are not permitted under any circumstances to provide any type of support, advice, or guidance on real estate matters to the members of their team. All agents are subject to the rules and regulations as outlined in the Realty Source employment agreement. All newly licensed agents must complete the "New Agent" training before joining a team.
Only 1 branch office is permitted per city.
