Fees: 

$999 Per Year

Requirements:
- Must be a full-time Realtor
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
- Must be a Realty Source agent in good standing

Team Leader – Referral Benefits Package:
Depending on the plan your referral chooses, you will receive the following residuals:

Plan 1: $50 Per Closing
Plan 2: $100 Per Closing                      
Plan 3: $200 Per Closing                      

Team leaders are NOT responsible for Training, Support, Insurance, or Commission Payments.

All support questions and legal matters are handled by the Corporate Office of Realty Source, Inc. Team Leaders are not permitted under any circumstances to provide any type of support, advice, or guidance on real estate matters to the members of their team. All agents are subject to the rules and regulations as outlined in the Realty Source employment agreement. All newly licensed agents must complete the "New Agent" training before joining a team.
