Branch Managers/Team Leaders will have the opportunity to earn 33% of each agents monthly fee while maintaining full support from the company. This is a opportunity to develop talented agents, build your team, and earn extra income without the hassle of high overhead, insurance, broker's license, association fees, etc.
Qualifications:
Must have a California Real Estate License.
Mininum of 2 years full time real estate experience.
Must have a physical office address or agree to use home address as branch location.
Must have a minimum of 2 licensed agents on the team (In addition to branch manager).
Must be a Full-Time agent.
Example: 15 agents at $33/mo = $495/mo TO BRANCH MANAGER
15 agents at $33/mo x 12 months = $5,940 TO BRANCH MANAGER
